Laser Cleaning in Belgium

LASER
CLEANING

Laser cleaning specialist in Belgium — a cutting-edge process that removes all types of contaminants with no contact, no chemicals and no abrasion.

Principle

WHAT IS
LASER CLEANING?

Laser cleaning is a surface decontamination process based on photonic ablation. A concentrated beam of light is directed at the surface to be treated. The laser energy is absorbed by the contaminants — rust, paint, oil, oxides, organic deposits — which vaporise instantly.

The base material (metal, stone, wood…) remains intact because its absorption threshold is different. The result: a clean surface with no residue, no products and no physical contact.

Used in the aerospace industry, heritage restoration, classic car restoration and surface preparation for welding, the laser is now the reference method for demanding projects.

How it works

HOW DOES IT
WORK?

01

Beam emission

Our P-Laser machine generates high-frequency light pulses. The beam is focused on the area to be treated with millimetre precision. The power is adjusted to the nature and thickness of the contaminant.

02

Selective absorption

Contaminants (rust, paint, oxide) absorb the laser energy far more strongly than the base material. This difference in absorption is the fundamental principle that makes the process non-destructive for the substrate.

03

Vaporisation & extraction

The contaminants heat up instantly and vaporise. The particles are captured by an integrated high-efficiency filtration system. The surface returns to its original state, clean and ready for treatment or finishing.

SAFETY &
ECOLOGY

Certified operators
Our technicians are trained to Class 4 laser safety standards. Personal and collective protective equipment on every intervention, without exception.
Zero chemical products
No solvents, no acids, no strippers. The laser process is 100% dry — no rinsing, no neutralising, no hazardous liquid waste to manage.
Integrated HEPA filtration
Vaporised particles are captured by a high-efficiency filtration system. A clean intervention, with no contamination of the working environment.
CE-certified equipment
Our P-Laser equipment is CE-certified and complies with European directives on machinery safety and electromagnetic emissions.
